Terms & Conditions GolfNow Autumn Raffle
From October 20 to November 30, 2025, participants in the GolfNow autumn raffle are entered into a random draw to win a limited edition TaylorMade wedge (the “Competition”). By entering the Prize Draw, entrants acknowledge and agree that they accept and comply with the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
The competition is organised by DGS, that operates the GolfNow service in Europe (29-31 Rue de Courcelles, 75008 Paris, registration no.: 534 820 956) (“DGS/we/us/our”).
We are offering all participants the chance to win a TaylorMade Limited Edition Rory McIlroy Wedge (the “Prize”).
Participation in the competition does not incur any costs. To take part in the competition, participants must provide their first and last name, e-mail address and, if applicable, their company name. furthermore, they have to provide a postal address for the delivery of the prize after the draw.
The competition is only open to residents of the European Union who are at least 18 years old and are considered to be of legal age in their country of main residence. Employees of DGS or affiliated companies of DGS, their family members, representatives or other persons entrusted with the implementation of the competition, are excluded from participation.
DGS reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition and not to pay out or subsequently recognise and reclaim prizes in the event of a breach of the conditions of participation.
No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
The competition starts on October 20, 2025 at 00:01 (CET) and ends on November 30, 2025 at 23:59 (CET).
One (1) prize will be awarded to one (1) winner. The prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable. No cash payment or other alternative is available. If the prize is unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to substitute it with a prize of at least equal value.
After the end of the competition, the winner will be selected at random by computer draw from all the e-mail addresses entered and notified directly by e-mail. DGS must receive a reply from the winner within seven (7) days of notification. If the winner does not respond to DGS via the contact provided within this period, DGS reserves the right to declare the prize forfeited and to select another winner at random by computer draw at its own discretion. The claim of the original winner will be forfeited.
The prize will be sent by post to the address provided by the participant. Delivery will be made once within the Schengen area free of charge. Any additional transportation costs, customs duties and taxes shall be borne by the winner. The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration passes to the winner when the prize is handed over to the post office, forwarding agent or parcel service.
For the purpose of conducting the prize draw and contacting the winner, we process your first and last name as well as your e-mail address and, in due course, the address of the winner on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR. All personal data collected as part of the competition will be used in accordance with our privacy policy to run the competition, select the winner and deliver the prize. DGS is entitled, at its own discretion, to exclude participants from the competition at any time without being held liable if (i) the participant and/or the entry violates these GTC and/or the requirements of the competition in any way and/or (ii) Albatros has reasonable grounds to believe that the participant has acted fraudulently, dishonestly, inappropriately and/or in an unlawful manner in connection with the competition.
DGS reserves the right to cancel, postpone and/or amend the competition and/or these T&Cs at any time without prior notice (i) if unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control make this reasonably necessary; or (ii) to comply with legal requirements.
Participants attending in the context of their professional activities for their employee are solely responsible for ensuring that they comply with the relevant policies and procedures of their employer.
Legal recourse is excluded.
